Your anesthesia is provided by care team model.  It includes the services of a physician anesthesiologist and certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA).  These services are one set of fees that are divided and then billed separately by each party.  If you have questions about one of these bills, please contact the appropriate billing service.  No billing for anesthesia services is handled at Beaumont Farmington Hills.  Calls to the hospital anesthesia department will be referred to the agencies below.

SURPRISE MEDICAL BILLING & BALANCE BILLING

Botsford Anesthesiologists remain committed to eliminating surprise medical billing.  We strive to participate with all insurance companies, but sometimes treat out-of-network patients.  In those cases, our usual practice is to bill the insurance company directly and accept their usual and customary rate as payment in full.  Any co-insurance payments or deductibles would apply, just as they would for an in-network provider.  We encourage patients to contact the billing companies below if there are any questions about coverage.
